Velvet Rope Soaps has released two soaps different from all of our other soaps! "Opera brava" for women and "Opera bravo" for men... each has an incredible fragrance and are carefully handmade goats' milk soaps... what else makes these two soaps fit for the crème de la crème? pure 23 karat GOLD flakes and 23 karat GOLD dust mixed throughout the bar!

Gold has, throughout history, been recognized for its luxury and beautifying properties. Gold has been used by Oriental cultures for centuries and ancient Egyptians for its healing benefits and in quest to hold onto youthful looks.
It is said that Cleopatra would sleep with a mask of pure gold to reap it's benefits.

Gold has been said to:
decrease skin inflammation 
reduce aging spots
slow collagen depletion
slow breakdown of elastin 
speed up cellular processes
accelerate cell repair

Here at Velvet Rope Soaps we do not make any such claims, nor do we have a team of scientists.  We make soap!  This soap is meant to allow you to bathe in pure luxury and treat yourself like Royalty.  Any other benefits are certainly a bonus.

You can get the "Opera brava" or "Opera bravo" in our large bar, or the hotel size bar in our store.  You can also get either in a bath Soak!

Backslider Bar

A "backslider" here in the South is what we call a Christian that fell off the wagon, so to speak. If you have been extra naughty and need to feel clean again, this bar is for you. The Backslider Bar has Mediterranean Sea salt mixed throughout and is used slightly moistened as a heavy, full body scrub to wash those sins away. It might be a little rough for the extra sensitive areas. This bar has no added fragrance or dyes.

Bear Bar

The Bear Bar has a clean, masculine scent with a hint of cloves and musk. It's also moisturizing for your skin and fur. This one is for all my bear brothers. WOOF!

Blues Bar

The Blues Bar has an incredible fragrance blend including the scent of black currant. You'll love this new soap! You'd swear it even smells "blue". This is definitely a favorite!

Coffee Bar

The Coffee Bar is a great way to wake up in the morning! If you love the smell of fresh coffee, this cappuccino scented bar is for you. The fresh ground coffee in the bar is used as a scrub while the soap moistens. The coffee has a very abrasive quality so you'll want to save this for feet, elbows, and other rough areas. This bar would also be great for hand washing after doing mechanic work, gardening, etc.

Country Bar

Well, this IS Texas, so of course we have the Country Bar. This gives you a great way to clean up after a long day on the ranch or before heading out to your favorite watering hole. This earthy fragrance works well for Cowboy and Cowgirl alike. In addition to the fragrance, there is finely ground oatmeal added to this one which soothes and exfoliates your skin. YEE HAW!!!!

Disco Bar

The Disco Bar is a fun soap with a frisky, unisex fragrance that is slightly sweet. This bar leaves a subtle shimmer and is very moisturizing. This soap will get you cleaned up and ready for a night out dancing and perfect for washing off the glitter and sweat once you get home.

The Foot Fetish Bar has a generous portion of course Mediterranean Sea salt and finely ground oatmeal mixed throughout. This soap is used slightly moistened as a scrub to keep those sexy feet in runway shape. Better yet, have an admirer scrub them for you!
